Pinnacle West maintains a strong web presence and makes ordering parts and supplies easy via our online ecommerce store, www.pinnacleweststore.com was the one of the industry’s first e-commerce web sites, serving the entire protective coatings and spray foam community.
Adding Products to the Shopping Cart
Whenever you’re browsing our site, there is a virtual shopping cart at your disposal to hold your purchases. When you find an item you want to purchase, click the “Add To Cart” button on the product detail page.
Once you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it remains there unless you remove it, even if you hit the “back” button on your web browser.
To view an itemized list of what’s in your cart click on the mini cart located on the top right of every page. To delete an item, simply click on the red X next to the product. The item is instantly removed from your shopping cart.
Coupons, Special Offers and Promotions
Coupons, discounts or promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Only one coupon, discount or promo code can be applied to each order.
Checkout
If you are done shopping and want to purchase your items, enter the Shopping Cart page. From your cart, click the green button on the right hand side of the page labeled “Proceed to Checkout”.
- The first step is to choose a checkout method. You can either register as a new customer, checkout as a guest, or log in as a returning customer. (Only registered customers can collect reward points to save money on future purchases).
- The next step will be to enter a billing and shipping address, be sure the billing address and phone number is the same as the information on your credit card statement. Please provide a street address for courier service as most couriers are unable to deliver to a post office box address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- Then you will need to choose a shipping method (ground, 3 day, overnight etc…) and payment method.
- When you’re done entering all the correct info and ready to pay, check all the details carefully and click the green “Place Order” button to complete the sale.
Receipt
After you click “Place Order”, we will email you a receipt to the email address you provided.
Once your order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order. If you do not receive these order email notifications it is possible the emails have been blocked by your spam filter. Please contact your email provider for tips on how you can prevent the blocking of legitimate email from us.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You can change your order and information at anytime until you hit the green “Place Order” button. If you need to correct something and have already hit “Place Order”, please contact us at 1-800-901-0088.
