| Flame Seal TB-C is an attractive coating which is easy to apply. Meets all requirements of the Canadian National and Provincial Building Code 3.1.5.12 standard having successfully passed the CAN/ULC S124-06 testing. TB-C is the only intumescent coating in Canada which meets this standard. |

| TB-C is a two-part, water-based fire retardant thermal barrier, quick mix system ensures accurate and fast project start. TB-C is exclusively designed as a safety coating. When exposed to fire the product turns into carbon foam and begins to swell into a carbon matrix that protects the SPF from thermal transition, thus protecting the SPF. |

| Flame Seal TB-C is a two-component system. Kit inludes 4 gallons of TB-C resin and 1 gallon of T-50 cross-linker. Coverage rate is 38 sq. ft. per/gal. Applied in 2 coats of 22 wet mills. |
